Full or partial ship charter - Unlike many of our competitors we do not simply sub-contract our charters but lease and control offeration of the assets with our in house team. We control the loading, stowage, bunkering, stevadoring, routing, speed, scheduling and even the security where necessary. De facto the ship belongs to the client to ensure their requirement is met.

Shipbroking – C2 provides traditional shipbroking services both for owners and charterers with access to the international marketplace. Our shipbroking team are members, by examination, of professional bodies such as the Chartered Institute of Shipbrokers, and the Institute of Transport and Logistics.

Market rate information - as an active member of worldwide shipping markets, C2 is at the centre of the world shipping market.

Bunkering - the operations team ensure that vessels are bunkered at the most convenient and cost-effective locations so as not to hamper ship operations.

Routing - in order to ensure the safety of vessels and cargo it is imperative that ships are routed to avoid areas of disturbed weather. The operations team use world-renowned routing companies to route vessels safely.

Agency - the control of the vessel and cargo operations in port are of paramount importance. A network of associated port agents worldwide supports our maritime activities. These offices control and manage the vessel and cargo activities whilst they are in port. They also prepare the necessary import/export preparations and documentation to ensure the smooth transfer of cargo from one means of conveyance to another.

Cargo superintendence - in order to meet the demanding requirements of clients, C2 has established a team of Cargo Superintendents who monitor co-ordinate and control the loading/discharge of cargoes. Cargo Superintendents are normally former Master Mariners who have gained a wealth of experience meeting the exacting requirements of vessels and cargoes.
